and than banzai error i lost 60€ and got no game
suport still didnt answer me seriously

i think they are same as acclaim

You best email them again, telling them the whole story again. Explain them how pressing the matter is because you want to early access the creation tool. And the head start on September 20.

Use the ticket number Steve gave you because other wise they might put 2 different people on your case which can result in another error. Also ask if they have a phone number, they can give you an UK number(UK is GMT+1 in summer).

I really think this is a matter of time you will get your game, but I do hope you will get your game in time to get early access like the rest of us.

Well best is to send them the receipt from ur card. And make sure they know that you have payed.

Please try and show some patience sely, i know it's tough but they are literally down to days and hours till the big release now, with a lot to do. They have done a lot of work to make sure we go live with the same pace of updates as Korea, so already they are doing what acclame could never manage. This is like "THE" big thing everyone has been waiting for, since even 2007 mate, there are bound to be a few hiccups with last minute purchases.
