2: Main language is English, short questions/answers in native language are allowed. Longer chat in native language is to be done via: Whisper, PM, Band chat, Party chat. Spam is a big nono, no meaningless strings off letters, ongoing blabla and no CAPS.

2a: Also don't spam the league with questions like can you "powerlevel me?" We will never do that because it's against Acclaim/9Dragons rules(this league follow those rules). It isn't illegal to help some one level faster by healing him/her while he/she grinds.

3: No PK-ing or treatning, no matter what the issue is there will be no pk-ing of league members by oneself, ones alt or so called "friends", talk to your leader/BM/LM about pending issues.

3b: No grieving: no killing people over and over again while they grind in cc, are in save zone(and even in BP a few times same person could be fun but keep it to a limit). Also KS on epithet bosses or on Party Quest (mini) Bosses is considered as grieving.
3c: BP: Going to the Bloody Plain is at one’s own risk,when you go there you can expect to get PKd, after all it is a PVP/PK map. Don't go screaming for help right away,...

4: No band hopping, band hopping leads to permanent ban from league, we can talk about leaving once by mistake(every one can make a wrong choice), but in the past we had several members leaving and rejoining over and over... no more of that.

4a: Re-inviting: from now on the reinviting will be done through votes, the Pandora leaders will decide. Tell the person to re-applicate through this forum.

4b: Note to leaders: Tell your new recruit to register to Pandora’s forum as soon as possible so he/she can make him/her self known and check our policy. And inform your Band master about the new recruit.

5: Inactive chars, inactive members shall be kicked after one month unless they go on a break/holiday/busy at work and give notice about it. Not logged in for one month is one way of inactiveness but staying RC for one month for example is also inactive. Kicked Pandora veterans can always apply for a new position in the league as long as we have room.

6: Alts, most of us have alt chars and some of them are in this league. This is no problem until the band is full, or if the alt is an active char and a valuable asset to the league as well. We don't know if the time ever comes but an alt league is also an option then.

7: Scamming/stealing, needless to say you can't scam or steal from league members as well as from outsiders. You can be banned from the game for that but it will result in a league ban for sure.

8. Security, protect your passwords for your 9D account and for this forum. We don't need so called "hackers" in our league. Never give away your password to anyone. Change your password on regular bases. Use complex passwords,here is a generator.
Suspected "hacked" members will get a forum and league ban. For the forum he/she can make a new registration, his/her char...

9. League Ban , Going against one or more of the above rules can result in a warning and probably a ban from this league. Bans are permanent.

10. The rules apply to everyone, including leaders and band/league masters. We preserve the right to change the rules at any given time so read them again after a certain time.
