That's easy there isn't any people on the game and there isn't any item mall buyer so no money no people better close the server xD

They haven't said why specifically I think. But it's most likely that it's a combination of the factors neo said. Also, do any of you check load-o-meter? You can see the server load and 9dJpn was never higher than 5% I believe, most often around 1% as far as I know. There isn't alot of companies that can run a game and profit with 1% server load.
